Click on the menu and go to LP Report or GP Report depending on where you stand in a potential deal.

Load the Docs
Load your docs. Whether an LP or GP, we prefer you load, at the least, a private placement memorandum (PPM), and the offering memorandum (OM). Please add any other documents you have about the deal or operator. The more the better.

Get Your Report
We'll review your documents and within 24 hours, you'll have a report that has asked 19 questions about the GP and deal. We'll send you a transparency report and suggestions.

Our Mission
When we came out of the 2008 financial crisis, we entered into a period of prolonged low interest rates, and we got used to cheap debt. When covid hit, we saw more GPs who were good at raising capital, but not experienced real estate operators. Red flags were coming up but we still saw money flowing from LPs to sub-par GPs. As interest rates started to climb faster than rents, we saw who were the less disciplined weaker GPs and who were the stronger operators...True GPs.
It's our mission to ensure LP's have full transparency into the GP and deal before investing. And if they don't, they at least know what questions to ask before making those important decisions.
